Craftsmanship in Service of the Terroir
A Winegrower’s Spirit
For me, this profession is, above all, a passion.
As a winegrower, I see myself as a craftsman—blending the gestures I learned in the vineyard alongside my grandfather with a more contemporary approach to winemaking and ageing, in order to best express the soul of this place.
Maintaining a strong and respectful relationship with the soil and its biodiversity is essential to me.
That’s why, for several years now, I’ve been cultivating the vineyard organically. I see this commitment as a mutual exchange: caring for the land so that it can, in turn, yield healthy and expressive grapes. Each plot is tended with precision, following the gentlest approach possible, limiting interventions to only what is truly necessary.
Making wine means weaving a connection between the land, those who worked it before us, and the moments we share. A way of life, quite simply.

Creating Honest Wines
I love diversity, and I try to let it shine through in my wines—when volumes allow.
I work with different plots, grape varieties and vessels: wood, clay, or stainless steel each bring their own textures and nuances.
This approach allows me to create unique cuvées—supple, fresh, always balanced, and with great ageing potential.
It’s what I like to call “hand-crafted”: from vine to barrel, each step is carried out with thought and care.
